Description

The Lore

The Amautalik is a mythological creature from Inuit lore. Her hunger for children compels her to capture them and store them on her back for later consumption. She hides near settlements, watching and waiting for a child or two to wander just outside of their guardian’s protection. That is when she strikes. There are tales of the Amautalik mistaking smaller races of humanoids for children and abducting them too! Therefore, If you`re a gnome, halfling, or beardless dwarf and you find yourself in the far north, remember to never stray too far from your taller companions.
